This Privacy Policy explains how AfriLat Group ("AfriLat Group", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through this website.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit a business inquiry we collect your name, organization, business email, company website, country of operation, region and service of interest, a description of your project, your timeline and, if you choose, an approximate budget. When you email us we receive the information in your message.
• Scheduling information. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter in its booking form and processes them under its own privacy policy. Where a session is paid, payment is processed by Calendly's payment partners; we do not receive or store card details.
• Usage information. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and buttons clicked). This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for consultations, to assess whether an engagement may be appropriate, and to manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate this site and our business, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Calendly (scheduling) and Google (analytics and email). They process information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymize it unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing xiomara@afrilatgroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
